In our highlights this month we report 76 transactions, with a strong bias towards the payments and investment technology sectors, noting in particular Trade Republic’s $900m Series C, Fenergo’s $600m sale to private equity, Nuvei’s $250m acquisition of crypto platform Simplex and Deutsche Börse’s CHF390m acquisition of UBS’s stake in their Clearstream Fund Centre JV.
