Bravura Solutions is a leading supplier of applications & professional services to the investment management industry.
Significance
The acquisition met Bravura’s objective of expanding its presence in the European market. It dovetailed into their prior acquisition of “Rufus” (BNY’s transfer agency software) with which Babel was integrated & which together provided one of the most functionally rich platforms in the European market.
