Overview

Advised Independent Risk Monitoring Limited (“IRML”) on its acquisition of MDO Services’ remaining interest in Mercuria Independent Risk Solutions SA (“MIRS”).

Significance

IRML provides asset managers with independent risk monitoring and compliance services compliant with UCITS III and other regulatory implementation guidelines.

The transaction gives IRML 100% ownership of its Luxembourg market presence while preserving the strong co-operation and working relationship enjoyed between MDO and IRML to the benefit of their mutual clients.
